​At 777 Club, we provide high-end, high-polish jewelry. To maintain the hygiene and exclusivity of our pieces, all sales are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for "change of mind," style preference, or incorrect size selection. Please verify your chain length and width requirements before completing your purchase.

​2. Authenticity Guarantee

​Moissanite: Every Moissanite piece is guaranteed to pass a thermal diamond tester.

​Metal: All .925 Sterling Silver products are hallmarked for purity.

If you believe an item is not as described regarding its material authenticity, you must contact us within 72 hours of delivery with video proof of a professional test to initiate a claim.

​3. Damages and Issues

​Please inspect your order upon reception. We only replace or refund items if they are defective or damaged at the time of delivery.

​Issues must be reported within 24 hours of the tracking "Delivered" timestamp.

​The item must be in its original, unworn condition, including the original branded packaging and GRA certification cards (if applicable).

​4. Missing Components

​Returns sent back to us (via approved claims) that are missing original components—including jewelry bags, boxes, or GRA cards—will be subject to a $20.00 restocking fee per missing item, deducted from any potential store credit or refund.
